Guangzhou Fua Technology Co., Ltd. operates zuvqelix and zuvqelix.com. Using the site, opening an account or placing a purchase means accepting these terms and the other store policies relevant to that activity.

If you do not accept them, discontinue use and do not submit a purchase.

Eligibility

An independent purchase requires you to be 18 or older, or to have reached the legal age for a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence. Otherwise a parent or legal guardian must be involved and give permission.

Customer Accounts

Where accounts are offered, keep the information you supply accurate and your sign-in details confidential. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access or use.

Product Information

We take reasonable care over listing descriptions, images, measurements, weight, materials, prices and stock information. Read each automotive accessory’s features, dimensions, compatibility, intended application and care guidance before buying.

Lighting, photographs, screen settings and calibration can affect apparent colors. Measurements and weight may have reasonable variation. Small differences within the stated specifications are not necessarily faults.

Where an image is representative, the delivered item need not match every visible detail in every photograph.

Order Submission & Acceptance

An order submission is your offer to buy. An automatic receipt confirms submission and does not always mean final acceptance. Payment, inventory, fraud and fulfillment checks may still be needed.

Reasonable grounds to limit, reject or cancel an order include failed payment verification; suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorized activity; unavailable stock; a clear or substantial listing or pricing mistake; legal or delivery restrictions; or inability to complete delivery.

If we cancel after collecting payment, we refund the amount applicable to the canceled order.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Unless another currency is clearly identified, prices use U.S. dollars (USD). Checkout displays items, delivery fees, applicable taxes, discounts and the total before payment.

Processing & Shipping

Preparation normally takes 2-4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions and unusually busy periods.

Standard carrier transit for supported U.S. addresses is generally 10-15 business days after dispatch. Arrival estimates are not guarantees. Checkout shows available services and charges; our Shipping Policy explains the complete process.

Returns & Refunds

Qualifying returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of confirmed receipt, subject to our return requirements. Once an authorized return has arrived, been inspected and approved, the eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Your provider may take longer to display the credit. There is no restocking fee on approved returns. Return-postage and original-delivery treatment depend on the return reason. Read Return & Refund Policy for details.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect goods promptly and report damage, defects, missing contents, a wrong item or a substantial description mismatch within 7 calendar days after receipt.

Provide the order number and useful pictures or video of the product, issue, packaging and label. A confirmed error for which we are responsible will receive an appropriate resolution without extra costs arising from that error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Ask for changes or cancellation immediately. We try to assist before fulfillment but cannot guarantee an update once processing, packing, fulfillment, shipment preparation or dispatch begins.

A cancellation completed before fulfillment has no cancellation fee.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts and offers may have expiry dates, eligible items, minimum spends, exclusions, availability and redemption limits, or other disclosed terms.

Unless the offer says otherwise, discounts have no cash value and cannot be combined. Apply them before completing checkout.

Product Use & Safety

Use products lawfully and within their listed purpose, specifications, instructions and care guidance. Check vehicle and device compatibility and mounting requirements rather than assuming universal fit.

Installation and handling notice: Keep accessories clear of airbags, seat belts, pedals, controls, sightlines and other safety equipment. Secure items correctly, use electrical accessories only within stated ratings, and follow supplied instructions. Do not adjust an accessory while driving. Keep small parts from children and pets, and stop using damaged items. Obtain qualified installation assistance where required.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Contact us before unusually large, wholesale or resale purchases so we can confirm stock and terms.

Buying for resale does not grant authority to claim you are an official distributor, agent, retailer, representative or partner of zuvqelix without written approval.

Intellectual Property

Protected branding, site design, text, photography, graphics, presentations and original concepts belong to the operator or its licensors to the extent applicable law recognizes those rights.

You may browse and shop for lawful personal, noncommercial purposes. Reuse, copying, republication, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation requires permission unless the law permits it. No rights to commercially reproduce or imitate protected product concepts are granted.

Reviews & Customer Content

If customer submissions are enabled, you must have the right to publish your review, photo, comment or other content and ensure it is lawful and accurate.

Voluntary submissions for publication give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce and show that material for running, promoting and improving the store, subject to law and our Privacy Policy.

We may reject or remove unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, irrelevant or sensitive-personal-data content.

Prohibited Conduct

Forbidden activity includes fraud and illegal conduct; false, misleading or unauthorized payment details; disrupting the site or its security; malicious software or unauthorized access; collecting others’ information without permission; infringing legal rights; and falsely claiming an identity or relationship with our brand.

We may limit access, cancel affected purchases or take other reasonable action when such activity is found.

Shopify and other payment, delivery, analytics, communications and service providers may support the store. Links may lead to outside sites whose content, availability, services and data practices follow their own terms and policies.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Events beyond reasonable control can prevent or delay service, including severe weather, disasters, carrier or transport disruption, labor issues, government measures, customs delays, infrastructure failures and widespread technical outages.

Where these events affect an order, we will reasonably seek to communicate available information and arrange an appropriate response. Responsibility remains subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Except for express or legally required warranties, the site and store services are supplied without additional warranties to the extent law permits.

Where permitted, liability excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary and punitive losses connected with the site, a transaction or product use. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies, warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable Law & Disputes

Applicable law governs these terms and purchases, including mandatory consumer protections arising from the transaction or customer’s location.

Contact support first if a dispute arises so we can attempt a good-faith resolution. This does not remove either party’s available legal rights or remedies.

Severability & No Waiver

If a term cannot legally be enforced, the rest continues to operate as far as the law allows. Delayed enforcement or not enforcing a provision once does not necessarily waive later enforcement.

We may revise these terms as business practices, services, technology, policies or requirements change. The current text and revision date will be posted on zuvqelix.com.

Unless the law requires a different result, a purchase is generally governed by the version in effect when that order was submitted.
