Order Processing
After payment is confirmed and any required verification is complete, preparation usually takes 2-4 business days. During holidays, sales events or unusually high demand, it may take up to 5 business days.
Business days generally exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Preparation and carrier transit are separate periods.
Estimated U.S. Delivery
Standard transit to supported United States destinations is generally estimated at 10-15 business days from dispatch.
Allow for both preparation and transit when considering the time from ordering to receipt. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees; weather, customs, holidays, carrier conditions and other events beyond our reasonable control can affect arrival.
Shipping Charges
Checkout calculates available shipping methods and prices using your destination and the delivery services available. Review those charges and the final total before paying.
Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Inventory availability, item location, packing needs and delivery destination determine which facility or designated fulfillment partner handles your order.
The actual dispatch address on a parcel can differ from our registered company address. Items in one order may travel separately with separate tracking references.
Tracking Your Shipment
When your parcel has left and tracking is available, we normally send the details to your checkout email address.
A new tracking number may not show movement immediately. The carrier can vary by item, origin, destination and service availability.
Shipping Address Changes
Check the recipient name, street and unit details, postal code and contact information before submitting an order.
If you notice a mistake, email service@zuvqelix.com promptly. We try to correct it before fulfillment but cannot guarantee an update once processing or shipment preparation has begun.
A customer-provided incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address that causes a returned parcel and a second dispatch may result in reasonable reshipping charges.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories
Delivery to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories depends on the item, location and carriers currently available.
Supported services normally appear at checkout. If no delivery option is offered, that address may not be serviceable.
Delayed or Inactive Tracking
Scans can pause while a parcel moves between facilities, carriers or networks.
For a prolonged lack of updates or a substantial delay, contact us with the order reference. We will examine the information and ask the carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate when appropriate.
Lost Shipments
If you think a shipment is lost, provide your order number. We will examine its tracking and delivery circumstances. A confirmed loss will receive a suitable replacement, refund, reshipment or other reasonable resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
For a delivered scan without a parcel, check the surrounding delivery area, mailbox, household members, reception, neighbors and carrier where relevant.
A delivered scan does not automatically rule out review. Contact us with your order number if the parcel still cannot be found.
Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
Tell us promptly about damage, missing contents, a wrong item or an item substantially unlike its description.
Automotive accessories may need different packaging and protection according to their materials, components, shape and weight. Send the order number, a description, pictures or video of the item, and pictures of the shipping label and outer packaging.
A verified error caused by us will receive an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment or return arrangement without additional costs arising from that error.
International Delivery & Import Charges
Our main customer market is the United States. Other supported destinations, if any, will have delivery options shown at checkout.
Customs duty, import tax, brokerage or similar charges can apply internationally. Unless checkout expressly includes them, charges levied by customs, governments, carriers or brokers generally fall to the recipient.
